HELLO EVERYONE,FOUND A LOCAL DEALER THAT SELLS THE 1/2 INCH PENTAIR BULKHEAD KITS,HE SELLS OTHERS BUT FOR MY FLOW THROUGH I AM USING 1/2,THESE KITS COME WITH THE BULKHEAD,NUT,WASHER,90 DEG ELBOW AND THE STRAINER,THE STRAINER AND ELBOW ARE SLIP FIT,$6.99 EACH,CHEAPER THAN ANYWHERE IVE SEEN SO I GOT 4 TO START MY FIRST LEVEL.

I have samples of both the Jehmco ones but I bought the ones from A and N industries as well and like them better. I am fitting mine with a tapered end so I can put a "fry saver" sponge on the end. I can bring these 3 in for the April meeting so you can check them out

Ok,sounds,good,my problem now it I keep getting pinhole leake between the container and bulkhead so I appied pipe cement on the wall the put goop on top of that,seems to be holding,

I will bring it all in with my mock up. I started building the prototype rack today so I can play with the plumbing and try to make it look as nice as David's racks.
